How to apply on Windows:
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Go to "Mouse Pointers" or something relevant.
3. Click the pointers tab.
4. Click on the pointer you wish to change.
5. Click Browse and locate the file.
6. Click O.K. or open once you've selected the file.
7. Click O.K. in the scheme selection window.
