Rank	How to Obtain	Permissions	Warnings Allowed
Administrator	Very few will get this. You must be one of the most active members of the site and I can trust you very well.	Feature Important threads: lock threads: Warn and ban disruptive users: allowed to vote on important site matters.	2 - I need to make sure I can trust you
Moderator	Have plenty of activity and I trust you.	Feature Important threads: lock threads: Warn and ban disruptive users: allowed to vote on important site matters.	2 - I need to make sure I can trust you
Writer	Have some activity, but not a whole lot.	Warn disruptive users: allowed to vote on important site matters.	4 - Normal 2 - Bad
Registered User	Join but be very lazy and have little to no activity.	Allowed to vote on important site matters.	4 - Good User 3 - Normal User 2 - Bad User
Banned User	Be obnoxious, don't follow the rules, flame a lot.	Can get their acts together and become a Reg. on probation for one month.	Can be warned infinitely.

These go on your profile once you get to that level.
